1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to zomo.lk also hereby referred as “we", "us" or "zomo". We are an online marketplace and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of zomo along with its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services and tools (the "Site").
By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein) and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the "User Agreement"). This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with or use this Site.
This Site is owned and operated by Zomo.lk (Private) Limited (PV: 00300795) ("zomo.lk"). zomo.lk reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE

A. YOUR ACCOUNT
To access certain services offered on zomo.lk (the “Platform”), you may be required to create an account or provide personal information to complete the registration process. Zomo reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, terminate, or invalidate any username and/or password at any time without prior notice or reason, and shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such action.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other related information. You agree to take all reasonable steps to secure your account and prevent unauthorized access or misuse. If you believe that your password or account has been compromised, you must notify Zomo immediately through our official customer support channels.
You acknowledge and agree that any access to or use of the Platform and its services through your account—whether authorized by you or not—shall be deemed to have been carried out by you. You agree to be fully responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your account and to indemnify Zomo against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from such use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. You may update your account details directly through the Platform where available. If certain information cannot be updated online, you must contact Zomo customer support for assistance.
Zomo reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to refuse access to the Platform, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove or modify content if we believe there has been a breach of these Conditions of Use or applicable laws. Zomo may also request that you update your personal information or reset your password, or may invalidate your account if required, without being liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
You agree to change your password periodically and to maintain the security of your account at all times. You shall remain responsible for any disclosure or use of your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

B. PRIVACY
Please review our Privacy Agreement, which also governs your visit to the Site. Any personal information or data you provide to us, or that is generated through your use of the Site, will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used in the manner specified in the Privacy Agreement, please do not use the Site.

C. PLATFORM FOR COMMUNICATION
You agree, understand and acknowledge that the Site is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed at the price indicated therein at any time from any location using a payment method of your choice. You further agree and acknowledge that we are only a facilitator and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the Site or on a payment gateway as made available to you by an independent service provider.
Accordingly, the contract of sale of products on the Site shall be a strictly bipartite contract between you and the sellers on our Site while the payment processing occurs between you, the service provider and in case of prepayments with electronic cards your issuer bank. Accordingly, the contract of payment on the Site shall be strictly a bipartite contract between you and the service provider as listed on our Site.

D. CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
Zomo will use reasonable efforts to ensure that access to the Platform is consistently available, uninterrupted, and free from errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, technology, and online services, continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the Platform may, at times, be suspended, restricted, or interrupted without prior notice.
Such interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, repairs, improvements, or the introduction of new features, services, or functionality. Zomo will make reasonable efforts to minimize the frequency and duration of any such suspensions or restrictions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that temporary disruptions may occur and that Zomo shall not be liable for any losses, inconvenience, or damages arising from such interruptions.

C. LICENSE TO ACCESS THE SITE
By accessing Zomo.lk (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You further confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Zomo grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, solely for personal shopping of products and services listed on the Platform. Any commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Zomo.
If you register as a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that both you and the entity will comply with all applicable laws relating to online commerce. No person or business entity may register multiple accounts. Any violation of these Terms shall result in immediate revocation of this license without prior notice.
Content on the Platform, including product details, prices, stock availability, features, or add-ons, is provided for informational purposes only. Such representations are the responsibility of the individual vendors and Zomo does not guarantee their accuracy. Opinions or submissions posted on the Platform reflect only the views of the individuals posting them and not those of Zomo.
You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of the Platform. This license does not include:
• Downloading or modifying any portion of the Platform (excluding temporary page caches).
• Resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents.
• Collection or use of product listings, descriptions, prices, or other data for commercial purposes.
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Copying account information for the benefit of another user or entity.
The Platform and its content—including but not limited to copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary information—may not be reproduced, duplicated, sold, resold, distributed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without express written consent from Zomo. You may not use framing techniques, meta tags, or other methods to exploit Zomo’s intellectual property without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted to you for Platform access.
You agree not to engage in the following restricted activities. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of your account, suspension of services, reversal of transactions, removal of content or reviews, and, in severe cases, legal action:
• Refusing to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any other Platform policies.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt computer systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Interfering with another user’s access to or enjoyment of the Platform.
• Posting, promoting, or transmitting content deemed illegal under Sri Lankan law.
• Uploading or distributing software, code, or materials containing viruses, malware, or any harmful components that may damage the Platform, other users’ devices, or data.
• Using the Platform in violation of acceptable use policies, internet standards, or applicable laws.
By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these restrictions and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in legal and/or remedial action by Zomo.

E. YOUR CONDUCT
By accessing and using Zomo.lk (the “Platform”), you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could, or is likely to, disrupt, damage, impair, or interfere with the operation of the Platform, its services, or access to it. You must also refrain from any actions that could harm or potentially harm Zomo, its employees, officers, representatives, stakeholders, or any other party associated with the Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all electronic communications, content, or data transmitted from your device to the Platform. You must use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes.
Specifically, you are prohibited from using the Platform to:
• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, including but not limited to:
  - Using the Platform in connection with any criminal offense or illegal activity.
  - Sending, posting, or transmitting material that you do not own or have permission to use.
  - Distributing content that is illegal, offensive, sexually explicit, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, menacing, ethnically objectionable, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
  - Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy, or any other proprietary rights.
  - Promoting money laundering, gambling, or activities harmful to minors.
  - Impersonating another person or entity.
  - Threatening the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of Sri Lanka, or friendly relations with foreign states.
  - Uploading software, files, or content containing viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
  - Conducting political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or spam.
• Cause nuisance, harm, or distress, including actions intended to cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety to other users or parties.
• Use the Platform for unauthorized purposes, including any activity other than what is expressly intended and permitted by Zomo.
Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, cancellation of transactions, and, where appropriate, legal action by Zomo.

F. YOUR SUBMISSION
Any content, information, or material that you submit to Zomo.lk (the “Platform”), including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, suggestions, or other contributions (collectively, “Submissions”), shall become the sole and exclusive property of Zomo and will not be returned to you.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Zomo the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or display such Submissions, including the use of any name or other identifying information you provide in connection with your submission. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, including using a false email address, impersonating another person, or otherwise misrepresenting the origin of your Submissions.
While Zomo may choose to review, remove, or edit Submissions at its discretion, it is under no obligation to do so and may take such actions without prior notice or liability. By submitting content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that your Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights, violate applicable laws, or contain any unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.

H. CLAIMS AGAINST OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT
Zomo.lk hosts thousands of products offered by numerous sellers and allows users to post comments, reviews, and other content. Due to the volume of content on the Platform, it is not possible for us to monitor or verify every product listing, comment, or review. Accordingly, we operate on a “claim, review, and takedown” basis.
If you believe that any content on the Platform is illegal, offensive, sexually explicit, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, menacing, ethnically objectionable, harmful to minors, impersonates another person, threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of Sri Lanka, promotes money laundering or gambling, contains viruses or malicious code, or is otherwise objectionable or unlawful (“Objectionable Content”), you must notify us immediately by contacting our legal team at [email protected].
To submit a claim, please provide:
• Your full name and contact details.
• Relevant details of the content in question, including the name of the seller or user, specific instances of the objectionable content, and any proof or evidence supporting your claim.
• Any other information that may assist in investigating the claim.
Please note that incomplete or insufficient details may render your claim invalid or unusable for legal purposes. Upon receiving a valid claim, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and, where appropriate, remove the Objectionable Content from the Platform within a reasonable timeframe.

I. CLAIMS AGAINST INFRINGING CONTENT
Zomo.lk respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your intellectual property has been used on the Platform in a manner that constitutes infringement, you may raise your concern through us by contacting us at [email protected].
To submit a claim, please provide:
• Your full name and contact information.
• Details of the allegedly infringing content, including the name of the infringing party, specific instances of infringement, and any supporting evidence or proof.
• Any other relevant information that may assist us in investigating the claim.
Please note:
• Incomplete or insufficient information may render your claim invalid or unusable for legal purposes.
• Providing false or misleading information may constitute a legal offense and may result in legal action.
We also respect manufacturers’ rights to enter into exclusive distribution or resale agreements. However, violations of such agreements do not constitute intellectual property infringement. Enforcement of these agreements is a matter between the manufacturer, distributor, and/or reseller, and Zomo is not responsible for assisting in the enforcement of such agreements. While Zomo cannot provide legal advice or disclose private information protected by law, we recommend that any questions or concerns regarding your rights be directed to a qualified legal specialist.

J. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand identifiers on Zomo.lk, including but not limited to Zomo, Zomo logo, Zomo Market, and any other marks indicated on the Platform, are trademarks or registered trademarks in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
Our graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are protected as trademarks, trade dress, or other proprietary rights, and may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us, or in any way likely to cause confusion, misrepresentation, or disparagement. All other trademarks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Zomo.
All intellectual property rights—whether registered or unregistered—in the Platform, its content, and its design, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, photos, videos, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, as well as software compilations, underlying source code, and other software, shall remain the sole property of Zomo.
The entire content of the Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, and other proprietary rights under applicable local and international laws. All rights are reserved, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Platform’s content is strictly prohibited.

K. DISCLAIMER
By accessing Zomo.lk (the “Platform”) and transacting through it, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk and that you are responsible for exercising your own judgment and prudence before entering into any transactions.
Zomo shall not be liable for the actions, inactions, representations, or warranties of sellers, manufacturers, or third-party service providers listed on the Platform, and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability in this regard. Zomo will not mediate or resolve disputes between users and sellers, manufacturers, or third-party service providers.
Zomo further disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of any products listed or displayed on the Platform, including product descriptions, pricing information, and specifications.
While reasonable precautions are taken to avoid inaccuracies, all content, information, software, products, services, and related graphics on the Platform are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The sale, purchase, or listing of any products on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement or approval by Zomo.
At no point shall ownership, title, or interest in any products sold or displayed on the Platform vest in Zomo, nor shall Zomo bear any obligations or liabilities in connection with such transactions. Zomo shall also not be liable for the actions, inactions, or failures of third-party service providers listed on the Platform, including but not limited to payment providers, instalment offerings, warranty services, or logistics providers.

L. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zomo.lk, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other documents incorporated by reference;
• Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Any content, actions, or transactions conducted through your account on the Platform.
You expressly release Zomo.lk, its affiliates, and its officers, representatives, and employees from any liability, cost, damage, or consequence arising from the actions or inactions of sellers, manufacturers, or third-party service providers on the Platform. You also waive any claims or demand against Zomo.lk under any statute, contract, or other legal basis related to such actions. Your sole remedy in the event of any dispute or dissatisfaction arising from these matters is to discontinue using the Platform and its services.

M. THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES
Certain products, services, or content on Zomo.lk may be offered or operated by third parties, including businesses and individuals selling through our Marketplace, or affiliated companies linked on the Platform.
Zomo is not responsible for examining, evaluating, or endorsing the offerings, products, services, or content provided by any third party. We do not assume any liability for the actions, content, or transactions of third-party businesses or individuals. You can identify when a third party is involved in a transaction by reviewing the transaction details carefully.
Zomo may share customer information related to such transactions with the relevant third party as required to facilitate the service or purchase. You are encouraged to carefully review the privacy policies, terms, and conditions of any third-party business or website before engaging in transactions with them, as they may differ from those of Zomo.lk.

N. COMMUNICATING WITH US
By visiting Zomo.lk or sending emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. When placing an order on the Platform, you are required to provide a valid phone number. We may communicate with you via email, SMS, phone call, notices posted on the Platform, or any other method we deem appropriate.
For all contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us, including transactional, promotional, and commercial messages, related to your use of the Platform or your orders. You agree to treat all such communications as valid and binding, regardless of the mode through which they are sent.

O. LOSSES
Zomo.lk shall not be responsible or liable for any business or personal losses, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profits, revenue, or contracts
• Loss of anticipated savings or data
• Loss of goodwill
• Wasted expenditure
• or any other indirect or consequential loss that could not have been reasonably foreseen by both you and Zomo when you began using the Site.

P. AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS OR ALTERATIONS OF SERVICE AND RELATED PROMISE
Zomo.lk reserves the right to modify the Site, its policies, these Terms and Conditions, and any publicly displayed condition or service promise at any time. You will be bound by the policies and Terms in effect at the time you use the Site, unless a change is required by law or government authority, in which case it will also apply to orders previously placed by you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be treated as severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Q. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Zomo.lk shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or actions by government authorities. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

R. WAIVER
You acknowledge that Zomo.lk is a private commercial enterprise and reserves the right to conduct its business as it deems appropriate. You also acknowledge that if you breach any of these Terms and Zomo chooses not to take action immediately, this does not constitute a waiver of our rights. Zomo retains the right to enforce any of its rights or remedies in any future situation where you may breach these Terms.

S. TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Zomo.lk may, without prior notice, immediately terminate this Agreement or revoke any or all of the rights granted to you under these Terms.
Upon termination:
• You must immediately cease all access to and use of the Site.
• Zomo may revoke all account credentials, including passwords and account identification, and deny access to the Site, in whole or in part.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations of the parties arising prior to the date of termination, including payment obligations. You acknowledge and agree that Zomo shall not be liable to you or any third party for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any of its Terms, Conditions, Rules, Policies, or Guidelines, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

T. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. You agree, and acknowledge that Zomo.lk also agrees, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka having jurisdiction over the location of our Registered Office at the time any legal proceedings are initiated.

V. OUR SOFTWARE
The term “Software” refers to any software, including updates, upgrades, and related documentation, that Zomo.lk makes available to you from time to time in connection with the Site. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software solely to access and enjoy the services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
• Incorporate any portion of the Software into your own programs or compile it with your programs.
• Transfer, sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise assign any rights to the Software, in whole or in part.
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Software.
Zomo.lk may, at any time, suspend or terminate your access to the Software, including automatic termination if you fail to comply with these Terms. Third-party services accessed through the Site, such as mobile platforms or wireless carriers, may be governed by separate policies, terms, and fees, which you must comply with independently.
All Software remains the exclusive property of Zomo.lk, its affiliates, or its software suppliers, and is protected under applicable laws of Sri Lanka, including copyright laws. Zomo.lk may provide automatic or manual updates to the Software at any time and without prior notice, in order to maintain functionality, security, and compatibility.

3. CONDITIONS OF SALE (BETWEEN SELLERS AND CUSTOMERS)
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products with Sellers on Zomo.lk (the “Site”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Conditions of Sale.
These Conditions govern the sale and purchase of products between you (the Customer) and the Seller listed on the Site, and do not create any contractual relationship between you and Zomo.lk. Zomo.lk acts solely as a facilitator for transactions on the Platform.

A. CONDITIONS RELATED TO SALE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE
This section outlines the terms and conditions governing the sale of products or services on Zomo.lk (the “Site”). By purchasing any product or service from a Seller listed on the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these conditions.
These conditions govern the relationship between the Customer and the Seller and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties with respect to the sale, purchase, delivery, and use of products or services offered on the Platform. Zomo.lk acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to, or responsible for, any transactions between Customers and Sellers.

B. THE CONTRACT
When you place an order for a product or service on Zomo.lk (the “Site”), your order constitutes a legal offer to the Seller to purchase the product or service displayed. Any confirmations or status updates you receive prior to the dispatch of your order serve solely to validate the details of your order and do not constitute acceptance of the order itself. The contract between you and the Seller is considered accepted only when the product is dispatched to you.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations for each package. At the time of placing your order, Zomo.lk may provide an approximate processing and delivery timeline. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure adherence to this timeline, we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates in every instance, as delivery depends on third-party service providers.
All commercial and contractual terms—including but not limited to price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery dates, warranties, and after-sales services—are solely agreed upon between you and the Seller. Zomo.lk does not control, determine, advise, or otherwise involve itself in these terms.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch. In the event of such cancellation, Zomo.lk will ensure that you are notified promptly via email or SMS. Any prepayments made for cancelled orders will be refunded within the stipulated timeframes.

D. PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PROCESSING
All prices displayed on Zomo.lk are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes, as set by the respective Seller offering the product or service. The price reflected in your Shopping Cart will always represent the most current price listed on the product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price at the time you initially added the item to your cart, and adding a product to your cart does not reserve the listed price. Prices may increase or decrease prior to the completion of your purchase.
Price Matching: Zomo.lk does not offer price matching for items sold by Sellers on our platform or on other websites.
While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur, including incorrect pricing on the Site. In such cases, Zomo.lk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a mispriced item, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. Prepaid orders cancelled due to mispricing will be subject to our refund policies.
Availability: Product availability is displayed on each product page and on the Site. Dispatch estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Should a product you order become unavailable, we will notify you via email or SMS.
Order Processing: Certain orders may require additional verification, including identity, residential address, or payment method checks, before they can be processed. Zomo.lk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity or if verification information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that Zomo.lk acts solely as a facilitator between you and the Seller, and that Zomo.lk does not control, set, or guarantee product pricing or availability beyond what is displayed on the Site.

Refund Voucher Policy
• Redemption: Refund vouchers issued by Zomo.lk can be redeemed on our website as full or partial payment for products within the specified validity period.
• Account Restrictions: Refund vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the account to which they were issued.
• Expiry: Expired refund vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.

Promotional Voucher Policy
• Single Use: Each issued promotional voucher (including App vouchers and New Customer vouchers) is valid for one-time use per customer only. Attempting multiple uses under different identities is prohibited and considered illegal.
• Non-Refundable: Promotional vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (in part or full), and are valid for one single transaction only.
• Exclusions: Promotional vouchers may not be valid during sales events or in combination with other special promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Conditions: Vouchers will only be valid if the minimum purchase amount and any other applicable conditions are met.
• Right to Modify: Zomo.lk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional voucher at any time without prior notice.
• Liability Disclaimer: Zomo.lk shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred by customers due to refusal, cancellation, withdrawal, or inability to use a voucher for any reason.
• Expiry: Expired vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued.

Security and Fraud – Voucher Use
Authorized Use: By using a voucher, you warrant to Zomo.lk that you are the duly authorized recipient and that you are redeeming it in good faith.
Prohibited Use: Attempting to redeem, or encouraging others to redeem, a voucher to gain unauthorized discounts or benefits may constitute a civil or criminal offense under applicable law.
Fraud Prevention: If Zomo.lk reasonably suspects that any voucher is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms, we may reject or cancel the voucher or the associated order. You acknowledge that you will have no claim against Zomo.lk for such rejection or cancellation.
Right to Action: Zomo.lk reserves the right to take any further actions deemed appropriate in cases of suspected voucher misuse, including reporting to legal authorities where necessary.

F. TAXES
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from the Site and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per prevailing law.

We accept no liability for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations, whether made by us or third parties.
Third-Party Transactions: Zomo.lk is not a party to any contracts or transactions entered into between you and sellers. We cannot guarantee the actions or performance of any seller, and we are not required to mediate or resolve disputes arising from such transactions.

Consequently, Zomo.lk assumes no obligations or liabilities regarding any contract, performance, or dispute between you and a seller. We are not responsible for delays, unsatisfactory performance, or unavailability of products or services, including backorders or out-of-stock items.
Pricing and Errors: Prices and product information displayed on the Site may, due to technical issues, typographical errors, or other reasons, be incorrect or inaccurate. In such cases, Zomo.lk and the relevant seller reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice or liability. Any prepayments made for such orders will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
